Import Process

Step 1 : Submit Your Demand Inquiries

Please inform target price, quantities, origin of the product, incoterm ex. CIF, CFR, FOB, port of destination as well as submit product specification if has and packing info you need or you can browse your require product spec in our website.

Step 2 : Agree on Product Specification, Price, Payment and Delivery

Both parties agreed on the product specification, price, estimate time delivery ( ETD ) and estimate time arrival ( ETA ) We will send sale order contract for customer to sign. As well as proforma invoice for customer to review details and sign back to us.

Step 3 : Product inspection - Optional

In case you would like to have professional product inspection, we can offer product inspection service by SGS which dealing pass through us, you will gain advantage on the inspection rate as we are the partner of SGS service. Inspector will inspect the quality, temperature and secure other significant factors before the shipment ready to be exported. In order to secure the business and increase customer confident.

Step 4 : Payment Methods

Customer can choose to make their payment base on their convenient method whether T/T or L/C once you are certain to import / export to the destination. The prepayment amount can be negotiate base on credibility and relationship between buyer company and our company. Once customer proceed the prepayment we shall proceed to issue the document for import on the next step.

Step 5 : Issuing Documents For Consignee

Once we receive the prepayment. We will proceed to issue the copy documents and send to customer as following such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Certificate of Origin and Health Certificate and other additional document if needed. Therefore, customer can prepare for the import process on their side.

Step 6 : Product Delivery / Shipment

We will ship the containers onboard to the destination on the agreed date. Customer can tracking the transportation with B/L container number from the shipping line document and wait for arrival.

Step 7 : Balance Payment / Custom Clearance / Telex Release

Customer pay the total balance after deducted the prepayment. We will proceed on the telex release of the container with custom clearance for customer to receive the product at the port of destination. Customer will need to take full responsibility of their products afterward.
